Fees

Our attorneys meet with every potential client in order to evaluate the extent of the legal services required and determine their fee based on individual needs.

Flat Fee: A flat fee is usually charged for name changes, domestic partnership documents and in some family law cases.

Hourly Rate: An hourly rate is charged in some family law, probate case and civil cases.  A retainer is required.

Contingency Fee: In some cases, fees are based upon a percentage of what the client collects.  A contingency fee arrangement is appropriate in some civil cases.
